When we talk about techniques that regulate our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, many individuals are unsure of what we mean. You may find it hard to believe that you have such a great personal sense of responsibility to partake.
“Is this even possible?” “I have some random thoughts every second; how could I ever keep track of them?” “I hardly tune into my feelings… “Or rather, hardly may be an understatement here.” “Expressing your feelings is a sign of weakness.”
The most vital function of the body is the mind, which underlies our intelligence. Viewing the world through a logical lens helps us put everything into perspective. It characterizes our identity as an informative and potentially well-educated candidate.
But the attribute to ponder still remains in question: “Is our logical mind sufficient to fulfil the needs of the outer world?” Can the logical mind help ease someone’s suffering without weighing the pros and cons of the situation in relation to our personal needs and demands?
Here is an interesting icebreaker initiative to start off with: our quest for achieving a higher IQ has only shifted mindsets, causing greater damage than good. But, on the other hand, it is our responsibility to educate others about the concept of being smart while using our right brain, i.e., our heart.
Principally, we are all naturally embarking on one of the four hierarchical paths to positive mental health.
Unconsciously Incompetent— You don’t know that you are unaware of it.
Consciously Incompetent— You discover that you are unaware of it.
Consciously Competent—You learn to know about it consciously or attentively.
Unconsciously Competent—You are aware of it.
Here, we hope to take you from Step 1 (#UnconsciouslyIncompetent) to Step 2 (#ConsciouslyIncompetent). We bring forth to you an initiative plan of #Awareness_Acceptance_ActionOrNoAction wherein we guide you to learn with #Awareness. However, such initiatives require persistent efforts and high self-accountability. Thus, #Acceptance & #ActionOrNoAction are intended to be your own personal skills and resources that you are responsible for acquiring.
EQ-based Positive Mental Health (PMH) is one of the basic keys to feeling combinations of happiness, sanity, love, passion, joy, success, and longevity! Being positive (on purpose) is essential for good mental health.
PMH: Think Positive -> Feel Positive -> Live Positive!
