We believe we can create peace, inside and around us, by learning how to understand, accept, and manage our inner world: our thoughts, feelings, emotions, values, beliefs, motivations, and ultimately, our actions, behaviours, and results! Emotional intelligence, peace education, and being positive with our mental health are all teachable/learnable skills. We’re born with everything we need, we just need to learn how to use it.

We welcome you to your first expedition into the realm of emotions. We are professional mental health enthusiasts, overjoyed with brewing emotions that motivate us to prioritize our well-being. Explore our personalized blogs and we encourage you to share your zeal with us.

Allow us to introduce ourselves!

Our motto, “spreading awareness about emotional education,” gears us to learn more about our EQ, also known as our Emotional Quotient. We define EQ as a set of competent skills or language that we use to best identify, manage and accept our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

We speak about mental health as the recent hotline topic. However, we have yet to introduce you to a broader concept of mental health known as PMH, or Positive Mental Health. PMH is all about using our wisdom creatively as a strategic tool for putting our EQ into practice by consciously mastering the sense of who we are and what we strive to be as the better version of ourselves.

We also discuss the element of peace within our model. Peace may be an end to strive for, a concept that can be instilled within and taught around us. Thus, we teach EQ for peace using PMH.

To run the model, we all need an underlying theory that explains how the PMH concept works in detail. As a result, CABT, a.k.a Cognitive Affective Behavioral Therapy, is the therapeutic premise that identifies and incorporates our affective or emotional needs and their influence on our thoughts and actions for optimal human functioning.

Society has effectively introduced education, including the need to now incorporate physical education into learning curricula. However, emotional education has yet to reach its corresponding standards. Therefore, we intend to optimize our ways of learning and to explore them with you; this is the “unchartered peace” that we are yet to strive within and around us
