You are probably pretty aware of your Thoughts.
You are probably NOT very aware of your Feelings and Emotions.
... and, even if you are aware of them, very likely, you don’t like them or Accept them very well.
Rejecting, suppressing, smashing, ignoring, stuffing, denying, and otherwise being dishonest about your true feelings and emotions is a denial of self, of you, and who you truly are.
Emotions are the core.
